Return Policy

Should you have any problems or queries about a product you have purchased on www.klinpig.com, you can contact us by sending an email to hola@klinpig.com.

If your Klinpig products have arrived damaged, you can provide our Customer Service team with photos to prove it. We will forward the incident to the courier company we work with to open a claim on your behalf and resolve it.

It is important that the photos you attach to the email show:

1. Outer box and carrier label.
2. Damaged box.
3. Inside of the box, including packaging.
4. Product in question or damaged merchandise.

Once the return has been agreed upon with our Customer Service team, we will give you instructions on how to return your Klinpig purchase by post, adding a document on the back of your invoice explaining the reason for your return in writing.

Your opinion is important to us, as it allows us to continue improving and offering you the best products and services.

Below, we explain how our exchange and return policy works:

• You have 30 days  from the receipt of your order to make exchanges and returns.
• The item to be returned must be unused and the original product packaging must be unopened (it must be in the same condition as it was received).
• The return must be escalated to our Customer Service team via hola@klinpig.com  who will provide you with the necessary instructions to make it effective and will follow up on the entire process.
