Definitions

“Page”, the domain www.klinpig.com made available to Internet Users.

“User”, a natural or legal person who uses or navigates the Page.

“Content”, the pages that make up the entire domain www.klinpig.com, which constitute the information and services that KLINPIG makes available to Internet Users. They contain messages, texts, photographs, graphics, icons, logos, technology, links, textures, drawings, sound and/or image files, recordings, software, appearance, graphic design and source codes and, in general, any kind of material contained on the Page.

This method has privacy implications, so Klinpig will duly and reliably notify of their use when they are implemented on the Page, through a link next to the privacy policy and legal notice, called "Cookie Policy".

Conditions of use

The mere and simple use of the Page confers the status of a user of the Page, whether a natural or legal person, and necessarily implies the complete, full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general conditions included in the Legal Notice. If the User does not agree with the clauses and conditions of use of this Legal Notice, they shall refrain from using the Page.

This Legal Notice is subject to changes and updates, so the version published by Klinpig may differ each time the User accesses the Portal. Therefore, the User must read the Legal Notice on each and every occasion they access the Page.

Likewise, in accordance with all of the above, the User may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or in any other way publicly communicate, transform or modify the Contents, unless they have the written and explicit authorization of Klinpig, who is the owner of the corresponding rights, or unless it is legally permitted.
• Delete, manipulate or in any way alter the "copyright" and other identifying data of the reservation of rights of Klinpig or its owners, of the digital footprints and/or identifiers, or of any other technical means established for its protection.

The User must refrain from obtaining or even attempting to obtain the Contents using means or procedures other than those which, as the case may be, have been made available to them for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose on the Websites where the Contents are located or, in general, those habitually used on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not entail a risk of damage or disablement of the Page, and/or the Contents.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the Page are the property of Klinpig or, where applicable, of third parties who have authorized their use, without it being understood that the use or access to the Portal and/or the Contents confers on the User any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs, and without it being understood that any of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist over said Contents are assigned to the User.

Likewise, the Contents are the intellectual property of Klinpig, or of third parties as the case may be, therefore, the Intellectual Property rights are owned by Klinpig or by third parties who have authorized their use, to whom corresponds the exclusive exercise of the exploitation rights thereof in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

The unauthorized use of the information contained on this Website, as well as the infringement of the Intellectual or Industrial Property rights of Klinpig or of third parties included on the Page who have assigned content, will give rise to the legally established responsibilities.

Hyperlinks

Those persons who intend to establish hyperlinks between their website and the Page must observe and comply with the following conditions:

• Prior authorization will not be necessary when the Hyperlink only allows access to the homepage, but it cannot be reproduced in any way. Any other form of Hyperlink will require the express and unequivocal written authorization from Klinpig.

Klinpig does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in accessing the Page, its Contents, nor that these are updated, although it will make its best efforts to, if applicable, avoid, correct or update them. Consequently, Klinpig is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User due to failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during its provision or prior to it.

Klinpig excludes, with the exceptions contemplated in current legislation, any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the lack of availability, continuity or quality of the operation of the Page and its Contents, to the non-fulfillment of the expectation of utility that users may have attributed to the Page and its Contents.

The function of the Hyperlinks that appear on this Website is exclusively to inform the user about the existence of other Websites that contain information on the subject. These Hyperlinks do not constitute any suggestion or recommendation.

Klinpig is not responsible for the content of said linked pages, the operation or usefulness of the Hyperlinks or the result of said links, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in them that may cause alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), the user's documents or files, excluding any responsibility for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.

Access to the Page does not imply an obligation on the part of Klinpig to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. Given the dynamic and changing environment of the information and services provided through the Page, Klinpig makes its best effort but does not guarantee the complete veracity, accuracy, reliability, usefulness and/or timeliness of the Contents.

Jurisdiction

The Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
